Boston Limited is delighted to announce its involvement in the forthcoming International Festival of Business that is taking place in Liverpool throughout June and July.

The International Festival of Business is a global business event with a target audience of 250,000 business professionals and advisors from over 125 countries. The Festival is supported by the UK Government and aims to promote business within the UK and accelerate economic growth with an ambitious programme of over 100 themed events.

Boston will be participating in a number of events during the Festival, the first of which is as part of the Isle of Man Maritime Group.

Boston is a member of the Isle of Man Maritime Group who will host a number of networking sessions over two days during the Maritime, Logistics and Energy themed week. The sessions will take place on 11th and 12th June on the historic and prestigious Kathleen and May tall ship and are expected to attract professionals from around the world, interested in finding out more about maritime and superyacht expertise and services on the Isle of Man.

Each session will be opened with an introductory talk entitled “Isle of Man – Maritime Centre of Excellence” following which refreshments will be served and guests will have the opportunity to meet and network with Isle of Man maritime professionals. Katherine Ellis and Rachael Kelly will be representing Boston and Katherine will be one of the speakers opening the sessions.

During one session the Isle of Man SuperYacht Forum will hold a presentation entitled “Managing some of the World’s Most Iconic and Valuable Assets” and this will take place from 11.30 on Thursday 12th June followed by a lunch reception on deck. Katherine will be one of the speakers.

The first week of July will see a team of four from Boston heading to Liverpool to attend a number of events. Boston Group CEO Greg Ellison will be speaking at the IFB Hub.

Peter Vernon-Browne and Lauren O’Neill will be attending the UK Property Forum and the Funding Structures for commercial property investment in the UK events. Following a successful trip to MIPIM (the leading Real Estate event for Property professionals) that took place in Cannes earlier this year Peter and Lauren will be looking to build on the new and existing relationships.

Boston’s Multi-Family Office (MFO) proposition is growing at a pace and Shauna Kennaugh will be attending The Family Business, Successfully Surviving the Generations event on 3rd July at the Tate in Liverpool.
