Effective Structuring for VAT, Liability, and Chartering
The proper ownership structure for a superyacht will vary depending on the area of intended use, whether it is for commercial or private use, and a variety of other factors. Our industry experts can talk you through the variables involved in making good structuring decisions, the jurisdictions and registries that might best suit your needs, and how to best administer and manage the yacht in the future. We work carefully with brokers and technical managers to ensure no duplication of work in this process.
