Becca is responsible for managing Boston’s statutory team, ensuring that statutory obligations are met across a diverse portfolio of client entities. She works closely with clients and colleagues to provide company secretarial services, governance support, and practical solutions to complex statutory matters.
Becca joined Boston at the start of 2026 and has extensive experience in both client administration and statutory services. She specialises in beneficial ownership reporting, corporate governance, and complex ownership structures. She also holds the STEP Certificate in International Trust Management.
Outside of work, Becca enjoys teaching dance classes and runs a small business dedicated to helping women build confidence, improve wellbeing, and reach their personal goals.
