Stephen joined Boston Multi Family Office in 2019, initially overseeing the Group’s Central Finance Function. He was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer in February 2023 and, as of March 2025, also serves as interim Managing Director for the Jersey and UK operations.
With over 20 years of experience in the offshore Corporate Service Provider sector, Stephen has worked across a broad spectrum—from supporting ultra-high-net-worth families and trading companies to leading group-wide operational initiatives.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Stephen has two children and divides his time between Jersey and the Isle of Man. A passionate sports enthusiast—particularly fond of skiing—he also enjoys traveling with his family.
