Helen manages a portfolio of client companies and trusts, her experience includes working on AIM admissions and providing administration services to listed companies. She also has experience in luxury assets and the provision of family office services.
Helen is also Head of the Sponsor Team and works with issuers and The International Stock Exchange to undertake listings on the Exchange and to ensure all issuers adhere to the continuing obligations of the Exchange once listed.
Helen joined Boston in 2020 as part of the acquisition of IQE where she has worked since 2005 and she holds a Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration.
Helen is married with two children and enjoys socialising and travelling to warmer climates for some sun and to visit relatives.
