Marion joined Boston in December 2021 and manages a portfolio of high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, while also providing specialist guidance and support to colleagues across the team.
Her career began in South Africa as a management trainee with Siemens Limited. She later relocated to the Isle of Man following a transfer from a South African family office. Marion has more than twenty years’ experience in the Isle of Man offshore sector and is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators / Chartered Governance Professional.
Marion is a regular participant at the Isle of Man / South Africa Indaba, where she has taken part in several panel discussions in South Africa, Zambia and appeared on South African Business Day Television.
Marion was invited by STEP to sit on a panel to discuss Family Governance at the Isle of Man STEP Conference.
She has also represented the Isle of Man at various Isle of Man–South Africa Chamber of Commerce events, including a meeting held at the House of Lords.
Marion is married with one child. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling abroad and walking on the Isle of Man.
