Richard joined the Board as Chairman in 2023.
He qualified as an accountant with Price Waterhouse before spending 30 years in Corporate Finance with Hill Samuel Bank and Close Brothers. He was Chief Executive of Close Brothers Corporate Finance and sat on the Management Board of Close Bothers Group Plc.
He has Chaired over 10 businesses, ranging from public companies to private equity backed and family owned businesses. He has offshore experience having Chaired IPES Guernsey (Holdings) Limited. He is also Chairman of Liberation Group, a Jersey based brewing, distribution and pub business.
Richard lives in Sussex and has four adult daughters.
