Sam joined Boston in 2015 and oversees a team dedicated to the administration of companies and trusts, primarily those holding property assets. She is a specialist in establishing and managing structures for commercial developments and property investments, as well as the compliant and tax-appropriate structuring of residential properties.
Sam has over three decades’ experience in trust and company administration and has worked for a number of leading local corporate service providers before joining the Boston team. She successfully completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Property Management and Investment in 2011, is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and holds a Diploma in International Trust Management with distinction.
Sam is an avid football fan and dog lover.
