Boston Multi Family Office has welcomed new colleagues to its Isle of Man office following the acquisition of Fedelta Trust Limited which has completed following regulatory approval by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority.

Boston Multi Family Office has welcomed new colleagues to its Isle of Man office following the acquisition of Fedelta Trust Limited which has completed following regulatory approval by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority.

The transaction sees the transfer of all Fedelta Trust services and clients to Boston and brings the total number of staff in Boston’s Isle of Man office to over 60.

This is the second acquisition since the management buyout of Boston in October 2019 which was led by Katherine Ellis, CEO and Alex McNee, who recently moved into the role of Group Director, Mergers & Acquisitions.
