Amy’s role covers a diverse range of duties across the employee life cycle, with a strong focus on effective employee training and development, while having a results-driven and forward-thinking approach to HR operations.
She prides herself on having strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence with the natural ability to build and sustain impactful relationships with stakeholders.
Amy joined Boston in 2025 as part of the acquisition of Aqua Group where she had worked since 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in HR Management from Ulster University in Northern Ireland and has over a decade of experience in the HR field.
Outside of the office, Amy enjoys spending time in nature and discovering new places with her partner, son and greyhound. In addition, she enjoys reformer Pilates and attending live performances – especially comedy events and musicals.
