Anne is a Director of Boston and is responsible for group corporate governance and also heads up the TISE listing and sponsor services.
Anne brings over 30 years’ experience in company secretary practice, trust and administration and corporate governance. Anne has been Company Secretary of a number of Isle of Man Companies listed on AIM, and one dual-listed company on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
Anne is a fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute. For more than 20 years Anne was a director of the Association of Fiduciary Service Providers (“ASCP”) which represents the fiduciary sector in the Isle of Man and more recently was also a Board Member of Finance Isle of Man, an executive agency of the Department for Enterprise, acting as a key decision making and advisory body supporting Government’s ambition for long term economic prosperity for the financial and professional services sector.
Anne is married and has five adult children and two dogs. She enjoys walking and kayaking and combining these with family time and travel.
