Hazel is responsible for coordinating all operational aspects of the HR function including developing HR policies and procedures, organising training and development, and managing payroll.
Hazel joined Boston in 2020 as part of the acquisition of IQE where she worked from 2005. Hazel has over 30 years’ industry experience and previously worked for a Big 4 accounting firm. Hazel is an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Hazel enjoys walking to keep fit, spending time with family and watching a good TV drama.
