Lesley is responsible for coordinating all operational aspects of the HR function including developing HR policies and procedures, organising training and development, and managing payroll.
Lesley joined Boston in 2020 as part of the acquisition of IQE where she worked from 2008. Lesley has over 30 years’ industry experience and previously worked for a Big 4 accounting firm. Lesley is an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Lesley enjoys walking her dog Freddie, re-discovering the Island on family outings and has an interest in interiors.
