Paul is Managing Director of Boston Jersey Limited and brings more than 30 years’ experience in fiduciary, fund, and private wealth services. His expertise is in private equity and real estate fund administration across the Channel Islands, the UK, the Isle of Man, and Luxembourg, working closely with clients and their advisers to provide trusted leadership and ensure consistent and high-quality service.
Throughout his career, he has led organisations through periods of significant change and growth, including international expansion into new jurisdictions and large-scale operational transformation, and has extensive experience guiding businesses through ownership transitions, executing strategic acquisitions, and successfully integrating teams, systems, and cultures. Passionate about client service, Paul works closely with clients and their advisers, providing trusted leadership and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across complex and often multi-jurisdictional structures. Paul is known for his collaborative leadership style and for fostering environments in which people and client relationships can thrive.
He holds a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, an Investment Property Forum Diploma from the University of Cambridge, and a Diploma in Trust and Estate Practice. Based in Jersey, he enjoys spending time with his young family outside of work
