Sal plays a key role in Group Mergers & Acquisitions at Boston Multi-Family Office, working closely with Alex to identify and execute strategic growth opportunities as the firm continues its ambitious growth journey.
Prior to joining Boston, Sal held an in-house M&A role at AMS Group, where he contributed to the company’s transformation journey and completed multiple acquisitions while supporting broader group strategy. He began his career at KPMG, qualifying as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA) and auditing a diverse portfolio of businesses ranging from SMEs to large PLCs. He later joined PwC’s Financial Due Diligence Team, working on vendor and buy-side transactions, as well as refinancing projects.
Outside of work, Sal is a passionate Aston Villa fan and maintains an active lifestyle through football and gym training. He enjoys travelling abroad and spending time with his cat, Hugo.
