Purpose of the role:As our Accounts Assistant, you play a key role in protecting and enhancing Boston’s financial stability. By ensuring invoices, payments and reconciliations are processed accurately and on time, you help maintain healthy cash flow for the business alongside supporting the financial wellbeing of our clients. With accuracy and professionalism, your work will directly contribute to our purpose; to deliver thoughtful, personal and high-quality service to every client.
Contract type: Permanent: Part time – 15 hours per week
Key Accountabilities:• Effective management of the Accounts Payable ledger ensuring client invoices are processed accurately and payments are received on time.
• Collaboration with Client Relationship Managers to ensure client invoices are raised in a timely fashion.
Experience:• A minimum of 3 years’ experience of bookkeeping or accounts administration.
• Experience of using Navision would be advantageous.
