Purpose of the Role
As one of our Client Directors you will play a key role in the success of Boston Jersey Limited and the contribution we make to the wider Boston Group. You will provide expert, trusted advice to a broad and diverse portfolio of clients, lead and develop client relationship teams and bring commercial insight and perspective to the business. In doing so, you directly contribute to our purpose; to deliver thoughtful, personal and high-quality service to every client.
Key accountabilities
- Fulfil all legal and regulatory duties as a Director of the business, of client companies and as corporate trustee of client trusts
- Achievement of budget targets to contribute to the delivery of the in-year business plan
- Ensure team structures and capability are productive, efficient and positioned to service growth
Qualifications
- A recognised professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ICSA or STEP
Experience
- A minimum of ten years’ experience in a relevant financial services environment
- Proven experience operating successfully at Director or Senior Manager level within a fiduciary or trust company business
- Deep technical knowledge of trusts and fiduciary services, with the ability to apply this in a commercial and client focused way
- Demonstrable commercial awareness and experience contributing to business growth
