Following the recent sale of IQE Limited to Boston I am enjoying the vibrancy of a larger office and look forward to lots of new challenges as we integrate the two businesses.

Boston Multi Family Office has announced the promotion of Sarah Ingrassia to Managing Director of its Isle of Man division, Boston Limited (IOM), a role formerly held by Alex McNee who now becomes Boston Group Chief Operating Officer.

Boston Multi Family Office’s acquisition of IQE Limited has been completed following approval by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority.

In general terms, a Private Trust Company (“PTC”) is a special purpose vehicle established to act as trustee of a family trust or several related trusts. The board of directors of the PTC controls it and as such can direct the fiduciary function of trustee.
